Welcome to Alliance Ted K. Tajima High School!

I am honored and excited to serve as your Principal-in-Residence and to continue leading a school that has been my home for the past 12 years.

My journey at Tajima began in 2014 as a Math Teacher, where I taught Integrated Math, Pre-Calculus, and intervention courses. Since then, I have had the privilege of serving as an Instructional Coach, Director of Instruction, Assistant Principal, and now Principal-in-Residence. Throughout each role, my commitment has remained the same: ensuring every scholar receives an excellent education, feels a strong sense of belonging, and graduates prepared for success in college, career, and life.

Tajima is more than a school to me—it is a community that has shaped me as an educator and leader. Having spent my entire leadership journey here, I have witnessed the resilience, talent, and determination of our students, families, and staff. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every scholar deserves a learning environment where they feel safe, supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.

As we look ahead, I am excited to partner with our students, families, teachers, and staff to build on Tajima’s strong foundation. Together, we will continue to foster academic excellence, meaningful relationships, and opportunities that prepare every scholar for success beyond high school.
